My Story
My wellness journey began in 2010 while working with Buddhist monks in Cambodia, where I was first introduced to meditation and inspired to study yoga. Since then, I’ve trained with teachers around the world and cultivated a lifelong passion for mindful movement and energy healing.
Alongside a career in social impact — and later in MedTech mergers and acquisitions — I continued studying and teaching movement, exploring how mindfulness and embodiment can transform our relationship with health.
I became a mother in 2022, but it wasn’t until I was eighteen months postpartum that I began intentionally rebuilding my core and pelvic floor through Pilates. I strengthened not only my body, but also my self-trust and resilience. I experienced fewer aches and pains during my second pregnancy and a calmer, more confident birthing experience. Postpartum again, rebuilding my strength is focused and effective — allowing me to participate in life with energy, presence and joy.
The journey of motherhood is a fertile time for reflection, growth and transformation. Through my personalized offerings, my goal is to help you access vitality and presence through every season of motherhood.

A whole body, mind and spirit approach to supporting women from pre-conception through postpartum with the healing movement of Pilates.
Here I learned the Pilates Movement Principles and how they apply to mat Pilates exercises, as well as the full mat Pilates choreography. It included comprehensive anatomy and an education on special populations for making Pilates accessible to everyone.
