A journey for returning home. A 1:1 experience using a pyschosocial approach to reconnect with your physical and energetic core through a blend of Pilates, yoga, meditation and breath work. Each session is customized to your season of life-integrating impactful movement to restore balance, strength and inner calm. Sessions available in home, studio or virtually. Pre & Postnatal packages available.

Group Classes
A community Pilates class for prenatal and postpartum women — a space to move, breathe and strengthen from inside out. Each class blends functional Pilates and mindful breathwork for core & pelvic floor support. Join a community of mamas ready to move, ground and reconnect with the strength within. Classes held in Longmont, CO.

Empowering Wellness Journeys
Based in the foothills of Boulder County, Natalie supports her students in feeling strong, steady and resilient in their bodies and minds. With over a decade of experience in Pilates and movement education, she offers Pilates-based coaching with specialized training in prenatal and postpartum care. Natalie blends precise, functional movement with breath and nervous system awareness, meeting each student in their own unique place and supporting the whole person through life’s changing seasons.
